Our client is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to support new learning initiatives. Candidates must have experience working on global foreign language (localization) initiatives or programs Description 1.Requirements Elicitation With business side PMs, conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather business objectives and functional needs. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility. 2. Business Process Analysis Map current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies. Recommend improvements that support product strategy and technical constraints. 3. Requirements Documentation Create clear, structured artifacts on Confluence Include both business "what" and light technical "how" details for clarity. 4. User Story & Acceptance Criteria Development Translate business requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Collaborate with PMs and other IT team BA' on tech teams to ensure stories are actionable. 5. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between business PMs, technical PMs/BAs, and development teams. Ensure all parties have a shared understanding of scope and priorities. 6. Document dependencies and constraints 7. Collaboration with Technical BAs Work closely with technology-side BAs to validate technical feasibility. Align business requirements with system architecture and design. 8. Requirements Traceability Maintain a traceability matrix to link business objectives to functional and technical requirements. Ensure coverage and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. 9. Change Impact Assessment Analyze the impact of requirement changes on business processes and technical components. Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. 10. Support Testing & Validation Assist QA teams by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to confirm business needs are met. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1.Experience working on enterprise-wide complex initiatives 2.Experience working on global foreign language (localization) initiatives or programs 3.Work with business-side and technical-side Product managers (PMs) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
