*Sr.** Manager - People Experience* *Location:* Remote (Must be based on EST time zone)
*Employment Type:* 8 Month Contract *About the Role* We're looking for a *Sr.** People Experience Manager* to help shape and deliver programs that make work better for thousands of employees across the globe. In this role, you'll partner with Sr leaders to bring our people strategy to life-creating initiatives that boost engagement, retention, and recognition. If you love turning ideas into action and thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment, this could be the perfect fit. *What You'll Do* * *Lead Global People Initiatives:* Roll out programs that support well-being, learning, and recognition across multiple regions. * *Own Key Programs:* From employee listening tools to retention analysis, you'll make sure these programs deliver real impact. * *Analyze & Recommend:* Dive into survey results and retention metrics, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. * *Be the Connector:* Act as the link between Centers of Excellence and regional teams to keep everyone aligned. * *Tell the Story:* Create presentations and communication plans that make complex ideas clear and compelling. * *Collaborate & Coach:* Work closely with leadership and guide team members to achieve shared goals. * *Work Globally:* Coordinate across time zones and cultures-early morning meetings (7-8 AM EST) are part of the job. *What We're Looking For* * *Experience:* 5-7 years in HR roles (HR Business P, HR Generalist, or similar); leadership experience is a plus. * *Skills:* * Strategic thinking and creativity * Strong communication and storytelling skills * Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint * Familiarity with Workday; Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus * *Education:* Bachelor's degree preferred. * *Other:* Comfortable in a structured, metrics-driven environment; global experience is a plus. *Key Responsibilities* * *Execute Global People Strategy:* Implement initiatives that align with the organization's people experience goals across all regions. * *Program Ownership:* Drive programs related to well-being, apprenticeship/on-the-job learning, employee listening tools, retention analysis, and recognition. * *Data Analysis & Insights:* Interpret survey results and retention metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. * *Liaison Role:* Serve as a bridge between Centers of Excellence and regional teams to surface insights and maintain strategic focus. * *Project Management:* Develop operational plans, communication strategies, and compelling presentations that influence stakeholders. * *Coaching & Collaboration:* Guide team members and collaborate with Sr. leadership to identify opportunities for improvement. * *Global Coordination:* Work across multiple time zones and cultures, with flexibility for early morning meetings (7:00-8:00 AM EST). *Top Skills* * *Strategic HR Program Development & Execution* * * Ability to translate people strategy into actionable programs across regions, addressing engagement, retention, and recognition. * *Data Analysis & Insight Generation* * * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations. * *Communication & Storytelling in a Matrix Organization* * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling slide decks that influence global stakeholders. *Qualifications* * *Experience:* 5-7 years in HR Manager role (HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar) * *Technical Skills:* * Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) * PowerPoint for storytelling * Basic knowledge of Workday; Power BI or Alteryx is a plus * *Education:* Bachelor's degree preferred. * *Other:* Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment; global experience highly valued. * Must have people experience Space experience * Experience working with different cultures and off-short team * Experience working across different cultures * Must have Project Management experience * Must have Stakeholder Engagement experience *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $53.21 - $76.86/hr.
