Job Overview * Job Title: Mortgage Customer Service Representative * Start Date: December 15, 2025 * Location: Tulsa, OK 74134 * Shift: Full-time, standard business hours * Duration: Permanent * Workplace Type: On-site Job Description * Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage-related inquiries and payment options. * Provide accurate information on account status, billing inquiries, and loss mitigation alternatives. * Resolve escalated issues and ensure exceptional customer experience through follow-ups and adherence to procedures. Qualifications * Required: * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of customer service experience * Call center experience * Preferred: * Mortgage servicing or customer support experience Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr. Full benefits 401K PTO Sutherland cash, that can be spent online.
