*Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative *
*Location: 100% Remote - Must be located in EST to qualify. * About the Role: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team during our busiest season. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This is a high-volume inbound call environment-calls are back-to-back during peak months (January and February). Our main initiative this season is to improve customer experience, so we need individuals who are positive, de-escalate situations, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound customer calls regarding service needs, billing inquiries, and product support. * Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to resolve issues quickly. * Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate information in real time. * Maintain professionalism and empathy when managing difficult calls (e.g., delivery delays, emergency outages). * Adhere to productivity metrics including time in queue, call status, and schedule compliance. Skills & Qualifications * 1-2+ years of phone-based customer service experience (technical support experience is a plus). * Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and empathize. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating customer satisfaction. * Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365. * Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required. * Must be located in Eastern Standard Time (EST). * Demonstrated professionalism and accountability in a remote work environment. Productivity monitored by a dedicated team (time in queue, call status, schedule adherence). Additional Details * 100% Remote - equipment provided. * Pay: $18.50/hr. | Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered * Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST * Voluntary Saturday shifts are available. Holiday work expected (Christmas/New Year). * Seasonal Contract for 6 months. Top performers may have the potential for full-time conversion (not guaranteed). *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
