You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Acting as a frontline ambassador for technology, guiding employees and visitors
  • Delivering technical support for hardware and software installations and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring smooth setup for meetings and events
  • Engaging with users through an empathetic, consultative approach
  • Collaborating with IT teams to improve processes and customer experience
  • Staying current on emerging technologies and internal systems
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of combined experience in technical support and customer service
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Microsoft Suite required; SAP helpful)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with patience and an empathetic approach to user interactions
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to learn organizational processes quickly and manage escalations
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$78,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
