Position summary: Provide overall management of Black Hills Energy's natural gas fired power plant(s). This position will be responsible for providing effective people leadership and management of large scale and complex plant equipment. This position has responsibility to oversee the Operations and Maintenance of multiple generators that operate across diverse business segments. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the facility ensuring that the processes, systems, and tools are implemented, that will empower the staff to achieve the standards set for the facility. Pay Range: $124,900 - $206,300 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)
