We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and proactive technical program leader who thrives in navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and enabling teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will champion operational excellence, remove barriers to progress, and ensure programs deliver measurable value aligned with strategic goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive-level enterprise programs.

  • Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

  • Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plans, scopes, schedules, and governance structures.

  • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures; participate in creation and execution of project work plans to ensure successful delivery measured by goals and customer satisfaction.

  • Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects by conducting active risk monitoring and controls throughout each project's duration.

  • Enforce standard policies and procedures.

  • Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and identify mutually beneficial outcomes for the business.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations.

  • Experience managing executive stakeholders.

  • Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly.

  • Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated change management skills and experience.

  • Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product, and engineering teams to help them achieve their goals.

  • Ability to provide executive-level communication of program and project status, ensuring stakeholders understand related risks, issues, and activities.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
