Business Intelligence Analyst, Infrastructure Operations

The Infrastructure Operations Business Intelligence Analyst owns and manages all data analytics related to Infrastructure Development Remodels and Programs. This role also involves supporting the development of our internal Location and Project Management Tool, along with fulfilling additional data reporting needs for the Operations Team.

• Take full ownership of data analytics for Infrastructure Development Remodels and Programs, including ongoing management, visualization, and optimization
• Partner closely with the Remodels & Programs Program Manager and the greater Infrastructure Development Team to provide helpful reports and data visualizations
• Collaborate on the design, enhancement, and maintenance of the internal Location and Project Management Tool to improve operational efficiency
• Provide ad-hoc data reporting and analysis to support the Operations Team's requirements, ensuring timely and accurate insights
• Assist with the auditing of infrastructure data to ensure accuracy
• Analyze dashboards, summarize findings, and present to Tesla leadership
• Drive initiatives to expand the accuracy of portfolio data

• 3+ Years experience working in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or field relevant to these
• Proficient skill level in SQL, Python, and Excel
• Proficient skill level in Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience analyzing large data sets and providing clear recommendations based on the findings
• Familiarity with Infrastructure Development and Real Estate data (encouraged, not required)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals
• Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership
