What You'll Do

• Partner with patients and families in care decisions.
• Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Perform safe hand-offs using SBAR and bedside reporting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Stay engaged in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuing education.
• Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• Certifications:
  • Required: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
  • Preferred/Unit-Specific: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as applicable.
• Experience: Previous RN experience required; Women's Health experience preferred but not mandatory.
