Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics or VCA drives tangible and sustainable results for Visa network clients. Drawing on expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, marketing, operations, and economics, VCA partners with clients to solve their most important business challenges and unlock new growth opportunities. The North America Consulting team provides advisory and solution services to Visa largest and most innovative partners across the region. We apply deep payments expertise to help clients accelerate growth, improve profitability, enhance customer experiences, advance digital capabilities, and optimize operational performance. We are seeking a Director to lead consulting engagements with issuer processing partners and emerging enablers including fintech processors, embedded finance platforms, and software providers that facilitate payments. This leader will deliver data driven solutions, support business development efforts, and help position Visa as a trusted strategic advisor. Representative engagement areas may include issuer processing strategy, enablement and go to market optimization for enablers and ISVs, portfolio growth and lifecycle performance, digital issuance and engagement, operational diagnostics and optimization, and performance benchmarking. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
