As Finance Manager, NAM Operations is a position on the FP&A team, located at the company's global headquarters in Wilmington, DE, USA. You will support the FP&A activities across the North America region and act as the main business partner to Operational Supply Chain leaders in the region. The primary objectives will include providing financial support for results/analytics/forecasting such as (but not limited to):

  • Plant spending and production volume output
  • Transportation and Warehouse network spending
  • Project and productivity validations from a finance perspective
  • Business partnering with operations and other counterparts to drive business results and meet financial targets
  • Functional SG&A spending control
  • Liaison with others in finance and commercial/product management to explain product costing trends/changes
  • Participate in and enable successful M&A projects as they move onto our SAP platform

As Finance Manager, NAM Operations role you will have 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report that covers the NAM geography.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee forecasting & budgeting processes
  • Reporting at month end on drivers of business performance vs budget/forecast/PY
  • Coordinate with controlling activity rates used to drive down costs into the organization (Plant manufacturing rates, warehouse rates, freight rates etc.)
  • Liaison with commercial finance leaders to ensure alignment between commercial and finance and operations teams

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related degree strongly preferred
  • At least 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strongly desired from a manufacturing environment
  • Past managerial experience is required
  • Strongly prefer someone with SAP material ledger knowledge or ERP manufacturing experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Tableau, OneStream and SAP is preferred
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business environment
  • Effective communications skills at all levels of the organization, fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated business partnering experience
  • Must be customer-focused, seek continuous improvement, and highly self-directed

This is a hybrid role so will be based in office 3 days a week. The office is located in Wilmington, DE.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $202,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
