About the Role: Join our dynamic Total Rewards team as an Associate Compensation Partner! In this role, you'll deliver specialized analytical and advisory support to HR Business Partners and client groups across North America. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards - Americas, and collaborating closely with the Compensation Partner, you'll play a key part in shaping compensation strategies and ensuring market competitiveness. What You'll Do:
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide analytical and advisory support for client groups
- Collaborate with HRBPs to resolve and strategize compensation-related issues, ensuring solutions align with business needs and regional frameworks
- Prepare compensation recommendations (offers, promotions, adjustments) and participate in program rollouts
- Conduct advanced data analysis to support compensation planning and decision-making
- Build dashboards and reports for HR and business stakeholders using advanced Excel skills
- Perform audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of compensation data
- Conduct job evaluations for junior and mid-level roles using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology
- Support job architecture updates, catalog maintenance, and leveling consistency
- Perform market benchmarking, prepare pay insights, and support development of market insight dashboards
- Assist with compensation compliance activities (FLSA, EEOC, provincial/state requirements) and support documentation needs
- Contribute to global and cross-functional compensation initiatives through data preparation, research, and documentation
- Support coordination and alignment across regional teams
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years' experience in a corporate compensation function
- Demonstrated experience partnering with HR Business Partners or business leaders on compensation matters
- High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, dashboard creation)
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies, especially Hay Job Evaluation
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively
- Familiarity with compensation compliance standards and regulations (FLSA, EEOC)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to perform statistical analysis is a plus
- Technology-savvy disposition preferred
- Hybrid Work Requirement: This is considered a hybrid role that requires being in the office at least 3 days per week.
- Location: We are looking for candidates based in Clearwater, FL or Greenville, SC.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate compensation function in lieu of a degree)
- Working towards or completion of CCP certification is an asset
