To thrive as a Bilingual People Services Coordinator, you'll support our People Services (HR) team by helping create a positive, inclusive, and well-informed workplace. As you will be supporting both Canada and the US, there is a language requirement where you must be able to communicate fluently in both English and French. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on experience in a corporate environment as well as individuals with established HR experience who are seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity. This long-term temporary role allows you to be part of our onsite Santa Ana team for 10-20 hours per week. You'll receive pay and benefits through our staffing agency (Aston Carter) while still having the opportunity to work closely with Behr leaders and gain meaningful hands-on HR experience.
