The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.
REGIONAL MANAGER - San Diego (with possible overlap in the Inland Empire)
SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee properties in San Diego and possibly some in the Inland Empire. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
Salary range is $122K-$152K/year. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual.
