We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Non-IT Program Manager to step into a pivotal role, driving large-scale, international programs that define organizational excellence. This will be a 5-6 month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. Candidates with an MBA and a PMP Certificate are preferred. As a key player, you will have a profound impact on shaping strategic direction, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Your expertise will directly influence the efficiency, innovation, and overall success of our client's global operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing tools and processes that elevate our program and project management capabilities. Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and deliverables for large-scale international programs.
  • Ensure program alignment with overarching business strategies and financial plans.
  • Own the business case for assigned programs, fostering cross-functional and regional coordination.
  • Maintain ultimate responsibility for program objectives, operating within defined financial and resource constraints.
  • Strategically manage project dependencies within the program and build high-performing program teams.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communications to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure appropriate Project Management staffing for all projects within the program.
  • Assist in developing project objectives and defining project scope.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for project issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Chair program steering committee meetings, guiding strategic decisions and progress. This role offers significant opportunities for strategic leadership, driving innovation in process definition, and fostering a culture of excellence across diverse teams. e


Qualifications



  • *A Bachelor's Degree coupled with a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive experience as a business or process leader, or as an industry expert.
  • Alternatively, the following educational and experience combinations are accepted:

    • PhD or Law degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
    • Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
    • Associate's degree with 11 years of relevant experience.
    • High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience.




Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • 2-4 years of experience in Global Strategy.
  • 6+ years of experience in Executive Communications.
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 6+ years of experience in Organizational Change initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.00 to $62.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
