This role is pivotal in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of new and existing products, directly influencing brand identity and consumer experience. You will play a crucial part in bringing innovative concepts to life, impacting everything from initial sketches to final product appearance.

**About the Role:**

In this creative and collaborative position, you will be instrumental in the product design lifecycle, contributing your artistic flair and technical expertise to develop compelling designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating concepts into tangible product specifications and ensuring design integrity from ideation to production. Your contributions will directly impact the style, appearance, and fit characteristics of new product launches and enhancements, helping to maintain the brand's position at the forefront of its market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the creation of product designs, focusing on style, appearance, and fit for new and existing products.

* Perform original concept development, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the design process.

* Contribute to the identification of key colors, fabrics, prints, patterns, and materials that align with brand aesthetics and market trends.

* Conduct retail store visits for trend inspiration, staying abreast of market developments and competitive landscapes.

* Collaborate closely with Technical Design teams to ensure the correct fit, function, and visual appeal of prototypes.

* Prepare detailed design documentation, contributing to the overall product development workflow.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.

* 2-3 years of professional design experience.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating strong technical design skills.

* Exceptional CAD illustration skills.

* Proven ability in Techpack creation, including strong technical knowledge of construction methods (e.g., sleepwear, loungewear, fully fashioned garments).

* Demonstrated efficiency and advanced proficiency in Techpack creation, showcasing a deep understanding of construction intricacies.

* A portfolio that highlights not just CAD illustration skills, but also the ability to translate technical knowledge into highly detailed and accurate visual representations.
