Claims Analyst II - Remote/Hybrid (Wisconsin Residents Only) Pay: $19.25/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Claims Analyst II to join our team! In this role, you'll review and process paper and electronic claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies. You'll play a key part in adjudicating claims, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality standards. What You'll Do * Adjudicate professional and facility claims according to policy and benefit guidelines. * Review claims for completeness and compliance with billing standards. * Investigate and resolve pending claims within established timeframes. * Identify coordination of benefits (COB), Workers' Compensation, and Subrogation issues. * Process specialty claims (e.g., transplant, COB) and apply appropriate pricing. * Maintain confidentiality and meet department turnaround and quality standards. What We're Looking For * Experience: 2-4 years of claims processing required. * Knowledge: CPT, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, COB processing. * Preferred: Familiarity with QNXT Claims Workflow, ACA/Medicaid plans, and coding experience. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Environment * Must reside in Wisconsin. * Flexible work options: remote (home office with reliable internet), hybrid, or on-site at Brookfield or Menasha offices. * Training schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for the first 6 weeks (virtual). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
