Job Summary:

Partners to lead the regional execution of event production by connecting with regional leadership teams, systems, and cross-market implementation. Translates regional vision into scalable processes and actionable plans. Partners across the event production team to drive accountability, coordination, and high-quality delivery in logistics, vendor services, fulfillment, and field execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the regional lead for the execution of logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and on-site production.

  • Translate national event strategies into regionally tailored plans while providing local insights to inform broader campaign planning and strategic initiatives.

  • Work alongside the Director of Vendor and Production Services to source and confirm labor and vendor support for all events in their region.

  • Collaborate with RVP and regional leaders to deliver well-supported, high-impact events.

  • Act as the primary regional liaison to chapter teams for event operations support.

  • Support budget oversight, including tracking regional event expenses and vendor invoices.

  • Maintain documentation and performance metrics for regional event execution.

  • Serve as the strategic lead for assigned events, developing comprehensive execution plans-including staffing, vendor coordination, and contingency planning-in alignment with experience and production goals.

  • Uphold national standards, safety protocols, and brand integrity by ensuring consistent, high-quality event execution aligned with mission and experience goals.

  • Collaborate with AVP and regional teams to resolve logistical challenges and share insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years of Event Production experience including 3-5 years in an event management/operations position.

  • Non-profit experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability in creating strategic production and/or logistical plans, staff coaching, budget development and management, communications, route development, risk, and crisis management to drive measurable results and focus resources for a positive and safe event experience required.

  • Experience in a leadership position involving strategy creation for leading/guiding a large team through multiple projects/events from conceptualization through implementation

  • Experience in providing strategic direction to a large team to manage multiple priorities and complex situations to achieve specific results.

  • Strong team player with experience delivering organizational initiatives involving event execution and operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations while adjusting to maintain effectiveness in the face of multiple demands, challenges.

  • Possesses strong relationship and written and oral communication skills to provide leadership to a large team.

  • Ability to analyze data to assess the effectiveness of a strategy and to develop new strategies.

  • Results driven, tenacious, strong attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to build strong relationships while managing from afar.

  • Commitment to the mission, vision, cultural values, and expectations of the National MS Society.

Location Requirement:

This is amarket-based rolesupporting ourNortheast Region. The position requires regular, in-person attendance at meetings, constituent interactions, and events as well as travel as required and necessary up to approximately 50% of the work time. During the remaining time, work is primarily conducted remotely from either a home office or a National MS Society workspace (Society workspace not provided in all geographies).

Compensation | Benefits:

The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $70,000-$79,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate'sgeographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
