Description Looking for an exceptional Adobe Architect/Consultant to help us shape the next generation of our digital customer experience. This is a 6-month strategic architecture engagement focused on building the foundations needed for a modern, connected, and insight-driven customer journey. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - highest priority * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) - highest priority * Customer Data Platform (CDP) - strong * Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) - strong * Workfront - documents tool, can feed to all of those. * Data architecture, identity stitching, governance, and cross-channel orchestration What this role will enable: * Stand up a scalable Adobe architecture aligning to our product-centric and agile Digital Operating Model * A unified, 360-degree customer and dealer view * Real-time, personalized engagement across web, mobile, and contact center * Data-driven decisioning and insights to elevate servicing, marketing, and loyalty We are looking for someone who has proven enterprise-level Adobe architecture experience, can define the blueprint, guide technical implementation, and accelerate our journey toward a more personalized and intelligent experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
