What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"



  • Support integration of new offices onto Convergint's technology toolset through execution of change readiness activities including delivery of user training and communication plans.
  • Assess the impact of organizational and change initiatives on stakeholder groups; execute change management strategies.
  • Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and evaluate information from multiple sources; reconcile information into change activities.
  • Support development and delivery of multi-channel communications to maximize user adoption and minimize overall risk such that business results are achieved.
  • Coordinate and execute user training and development support activities including needs analysis, training approach and proficiency assessments.
  • Organize and maintain schedules and timelines, status reports, and other change artifacts to successfully drive project completion.
  • Attend/facilitate meeting & reporting cadence with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate updates on key milestones.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement through evaluation of change strategies and training programs; participate in lessons learned to identify opportunities to improve.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

    Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum Experience:



    • 5 years of experience supporting technology changes. Includes successful coordination of work in change management, communication planning, user training, organizational readiness and/or user adoption with mid to large scale enterprise organizations
    • 2 years of experience supporting change initiatives for an integrated ERP toolset (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Microsoft D365 preferred
