Program & Events Manager Neuro-Memory and Aging Full Time 87074BR Job Summary Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Operations & Impact, the Program & Events Manager works closely with faculty, senior leadership, and staff to plan and coordinate key aspects of ongoing projects, programs, and initiatives of the Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health Program. Key responsibilities include managing and executing complex, high-visibility events and meetings involving influential partners and members of the campus community. Regular international travel is expected. This role will also provide administrative support and project management for operational activities, will coordinate activities of the Advisory Boards, and will support scheduling and other administrative tasks for the Director and Assistant Directors. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $78,900 - $167,300 (Annual Rate).
