Senior Data Analyst Requisition ID: 2025-9735 # of Openings: 1 Location: US-UT-Logan Category: Other Position Type: Benefited Full-Time Job Classification: Exempt College: Operational Strategy Department: Data & Analytics Advertised Salary: Minimum of $75,000 commensurate with experience Overview Utah State University's Office of Data and Analytics is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This senior level role serves as the lead analyst for state, federal, and external reporting, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of institutional data. In addition, the analyst will support ad-hoc and operational reporting needs, with an emphasis on front-end analytics, dashboard creation, and data interpretation to support institutional decision-making. The analyst will work closely with data engineering and data quality teams but will not be responsible for back-end development or data remediation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about turning data into actionable insights, and has experience working within modern data analytics platforms. This position is eligible for hybrid work within the state of Utah. Responsibilities 60% of the time
