HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of raw materials into our operations. By leading a team across three shifts and driving continuous improvement, you will help deliver products that meet consumer expectations while supporting the plant's Compelling Business Need and journey map. Your leadership will shape operational excellence and foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Provide 24/7 accountability for raw material warehousing and inventory management.

  • Set clear direction and priorities aligned with site and corporate objectives.

  • Manage personnel and processes for safe, efficient receiving operations.

  • Create and control budgets for Receiving across three shifts.

  • Develop and coach Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and team members.

  • Track and close gaps on KPIs including safety, quality, and cost.

  • Oversee warehouse systems, equipment, and storage spaces.

  • Ensure accurate inventory reporting and secure, sanitary warehousing.

  • Lead daily management systems such as DDS, RCFA, and Continuous Improvement.

  • Communicate business unit results and needs to senior management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...

You will work closely with plant leadership as the Associate Manager, Logistics Receiving reports directly to them. Your direct reports will include Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and Inventory Control Facilitators, all working within a multi-shift team dedicated to raw material receiving and inventory control. Collaboration and leadership across all three shifts will be key to ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This team is defined by a strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through the Campbell Way-of-Working (C-WoW). Looking ahead, you'll have opportunities to lead strategic initiatives, implement new technologies, and contribute to capital planning and process optimization.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • 3+ years of leadership experience

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Experience working in production, warehousing, or logistics.

  • Background in food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Exposure to strategic planning and capital forecasting processes.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$71,800-$103,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
