The Opportunity

Logistics Specialists in the Hillsboro Warehouse and Distribution department are responsible for the execution of product logistics in a cGMP environment. This includes the receipt, storage, and issuance of GMP raw materials used in production and marketed product distribution to our customers. Other responsibilities included performing data entry into various business systems and databases ensuring department compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately handle customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently.

• Utilize manual labor, pallet jacks, and forklifts for moving products and supplies; operate delivery trucks as necessary.

• Use company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites, if required.

• Perform all tasks safely and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and training standards.

• Conduct physical cycle counts, enter data into business systems accurately, and handle department projects such as problem investigation and process documentation.

Who You Are:

• You possess a BA or BS degree in Business Administration or related fields with 3-5 years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered

• You have an ability to follow detailed verbal and written instruction

• You possess good basic mathematical skills

Work Environment / Physical Demands / Safety Considerations:

• Ability to repeatedly lift more than 50 lbs.

• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time.

• Consistently recognizes and uses available safety equipment.

• Ability to consistently follow required safety policies and procedures.

• Flexibility in assignments and able to work over-time, holidays, weekends and different shifts as required to meet business and customer needs.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $43,400.00 - $70,100.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, level, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
