The Program Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial performance of moderately complex programs, including reporting, analysis, EAC development, variance review, contract funding oversight, and accurate project setup and maintenance. Develops sales, bookings, profit, investment, and cash forecasts, while providing leadership, coaching, and development to staff. Ensures compliance with GAAP and corporate revenue-recognition policies, supports risk identification and mitigation, and drives continuous improvement. This role will report directly to the Director of Program Finance and will oversee a team. What You Will Do

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
