What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Utilize the enterprise manufacturing system to issue work orders and production orders, including identifying quantities, schedules, routings, parts lists, and associated documentation. Work is reviewed by senior personnel.
  • Issue material requisitions through the enterprise system, ensuring accurate quantities, schedules, and documentation; subject to oversight by more experienced team members.
  • Evaluate supply versus demand for routine items using the enterprise system; assist with more complex evaluations under guidance.
  • Facilitate or participate in meetings to assess the status of assigned items against published schedules and help resolve issues that may impact availability.
  • Provide basic forecast data to support cost-effective procurement planning.
  • Expedite materials or activities as needed to recover and maintain production schedules.
  • Assist in adjusting item schedules to better balance workloads and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute input on lead time adjustments and material overage requirements to support continuous improvement.
  • Actively support and promote a safe and healthy work environment by complying with all applicable safety and health regulations.


What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma with 2 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience using manufacturing systems for scheduling and material planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.
  • Able to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with workplace safety practices and company safety policies.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $55,000 - $66,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
