As a Treasury Management Officer, you will grow and retain business by supporting Consumer and Business Banking clients under $20MM in annual revenue. You will drive new treasury fee income, expand deposit relationships, and deliver outstanding service through phone and email interactions. This role offers the opportunity to build strong cross-functional partnerships and deepen your expertise in treasury management solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate new commercial deposits and treasury management fee income by acquiring and expanding client relationships.

  • Analyze competitive pricing, prepare proposals, and deliver sales presentations and RFP responses.

  • Facilitate onboarding, implementation, and billing for new products and services, ensuring a smooth client experience.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and clients, serving as a subject matter expert.

  • Partner with internal teams to identify client needs and match them with appropriate treasury solutions.

  • Manage a client portfolio proactively, identifying opportunities across F/X and Wealth Management & Institutional Services.

  • Support account and service maintenance by leveraging internal systems and Customer Care resources.

  • Mentor Treasury Management Officers and Client Delivery Specialists to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of treasury management sales experience focused on relationship deepening and revenue growth.

  • AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification within one year of hire.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive, if applicable, by start date.

Preferred

  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) within one year.
