Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The client is seeking an assembler to build large mechanical sub assemblies and complex linkages, working on their feet.
  • The role needs reading technical drawings and blueprints, installing hardware stack ups, and moving tools and materials efficiently while following safety and quality procedures.
  • Within the first 30 days, the contractor will learn standard processes and assist teammates; by60days, they will fabricate sub assemblies, suggest design improvements, self inspect, and apply continuous improvement methods (6S/PMT (Photomultiplier Tube)); by 120 days, they will perform workmanship self-inspections, rework as needed, and identify process efficiencies.
  • Behavioral expectations include punctual attendance, active participation in team meetings, clear communication, respect, integrity, and adherence to safety rules.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.50/hr.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reading Engineering Schematics.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Team Player.
  • Mechanical Assembly.
