K-12 Assessment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive, detail-oriented support across all aspects of assessment development, project management, human resources, business and finance, professional learning, and sales/marketing. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, consistent communication, and efficient processes that drive the success of K-12 Assessment Solutions' projects and initiatives. |

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Project Coordination and Development Support
- Lead preparation activities for new projects, including beginning-of-year (BOY) setup and planning.
- Establish and maintain project tracking systems and collaborative workspaces (e.g., MS Teams).
- Provide comprehensive support for item development processes by:
- Preparing meeting agendas and documenting outcomes, including action items.
- Assigning tasks and monitoring progress through dashboards and trackers.
- Designing and maintaining project forms and documentation tools.
- Managing blueprint documentation and final posting procedures.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for assessment audits and related activities

- Manage financial tracking for sponsored project accounts, including:
- Processing check requests, budget amendments, journal vouchers, and payroll documentation.

- Support inventory control and asset management processes.
- Contribute to process improvement by:
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
