Route Settlement Clerk

Meadow Gold Dairy has an immediate job opening for fast paced and motivated Route Settlement Clerk at our Dairy Plant in Salt Lake City, UT

DFA/Meadow Gold manufactures a variety of dairy products, including cheese, butter, fluid milk, ice cream, dairy ingredients and more, under well-known and established regional brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, Post and Reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets and invoices.
• Audit and Reconciliation: Investigates over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets.
• Ticket Control: Verifies tickets and load sheets against control sheet.
• Handheld System: Checks information uploaded from Norand and corrects problems.
• Monitors completeness of Route Settlement packages.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

COMPENSATION

• $20.50 Hourly

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday

7:30am-3:30pm or

8:00AM - 4:30PM

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Able to lift items weighing no more than 25 pounds (file boxes)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background checks (including criminal).
