We're looking for a highly organized and business-savvy operator to join the Office of the EVP as our Program Manager / Junior Chief of Staff for the Digital Experience Business Unit within Progress.
You'll partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to run the business rhythm of a 1,000+ - person global organization, driving clarity, accountability, and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, with exposure to executive decision-making. This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters. Candidates must be local to this location to be considered, as we can not offer any relocation packages at this time.

Base Salary Range: $103,000 -$128,100
This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
