Sr. Solution Manager

TheSr Solution Managerisresponsible forowning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles frominceptionto delivery. The scope of this job includes executingWellSky'ssolution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define forward-looking competitive strategiesand visionthat deliver unique value to customers in the healthcare industry.
• Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
• Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
• Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and clientexperiencecross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
• Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments.
• Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan.
• Develop,supportand communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 8-12years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience
• AI product capability experience

• Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed
• Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
