Now Hiring Safety Coordinator Location: Osceola, AR Pay: $45 - $50 per hour Schedule: 7 days per week & then transition to working 4 10-hour days Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity near you! Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Referral bonus potential Key Responsibilities Conduct daily job site safety inspections and audits Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety policies Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and hazard assessments Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; complete reports and recommend corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks and safety training for employees and subcontractors Maintain safety documentation including permits, inspections, and incident logs Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper safety equipment is available and maintained Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safe work practices Assist with development and updates to site-specific safety plans Support emergency response planning and drills Track safety metrics and maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) Lead root cause analysis following incidents Stop unsafe work and escalate issues to management when necessary Qualifications Safety coordinator with construction experience Able to lift 75 lbs.
