Salary Range: $100K to $170K/annum + 30% Long Term incentive + 20% Annual bonus
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of an enterprise-wide talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for developing long-term recruiting strategies, modernizing TA processes, shaping employer brand direction, and driving workforce planning alignment across global business units.
This is a strategic, transformation-focused leadership role-not an operational recruiting or staffing position.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation
- Build and execute a multi-year, enterprise-wide TA strategy aligned with business growth and global market trends.
- Lead TA transformation initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and global consistency.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Workforce Planning to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines
- Own the development of global employer brand strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Create and oversee early-career, diversity, and niche talent pipeline programs.
- Drive improvements in candidate experience and oversee strategic communications in partnership with internal teams.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
- Use labor market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide TA strategy, planning, and decision-making.
- Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards, define KPIs, and support business governance meetings.
- Evaluate recruitment channels, vendors, and tools to optimize cost, efficiency, and quality of hire.
Technology & Change Management
- Collaborate with HR technology stakeholders to identify TA systems and tools that support strategic goals.
- Lead strategic change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new TA processes and capabilities.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop a global TA team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Build strong partnerships with internal HR groups and global stakeholders to align TA strategy with enterprise priorities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to internal mobility, leadership development, and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ yearsof progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, or related areas
- Proven experience building and implementing large-scale TA strategies
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to turn insights into action
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across HR, business leaders, and global teams
- Experience managing multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously
- Bilingual (Portuguese) preferred but not required
