Role Overview The PlayStation Store, 1st Party Commercial Planning Manager, will lead the go-to-market execution for key product launches and support the development and delivery of our global PlayStation Store sales strategy. This role will act as the primary liaison between Commercial Management, PlayStation's network studios and the PlayStation Store. Aligned closely with the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and GMSBO Software (SW) teams, this role acts as a strategic partner and entrepreneurial leader, working with in the PlayStation Store team, driving commercial planning and execution across global markets. This role will also educate studios successful lifecycle planning on the PlayStation Store, and facilitate open, constructive commercial dialogue between studios and PlayStation Store's publisher account management teams. This individual will collaborate with a wide range of internal collaborators: QA, Global Marketing, Release Management, CDS Operations, Commercial Finance, and more, to ensure excellence in execution and alignment to growth and profitability goals. Our ideal candidate is someone who is data-driven, proactive, and can influence cross-functional teams to deliver effective commercial strategies within the gaming industry or digital sales industry.
