**About the Role:**

You will be a key driver in the expansion of our capabilities, supporting a dedicated Agile Team focused on bringing a critical new platform to life. This role offers the chance to define and deliver innovative features, directly influencing the user experience and the strategic direction of our financial products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution, ultimately contributing to the success and evolution of our core services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead product ownership within an Agile/Scrum framework, guiding a dedicated team through the product development lifecycle.

* Craft detailed and clear user stories, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.

* Collaborate extensively with stakeholders, engineering teams, and other product teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

* Facilitate product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

* Drive the successful delivery of new features and enhancements for our innovative platform.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.

* Exceptional user story writing skills, with a focus on clarity and actionable detail.

* Proficiency with standard office productivity software.

* Demonstrated experience with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA.

* Background working within a regulated financial services or brokerage environment.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Series 7 or 99).
