We are currently hiring for:

Job Title Maintenance Superintendent - Night Shift

Job Summary: The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for direct supervision of Maintenance Supervisors and their teams. The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for ensuring operations keeps running effectively by leading and giving direction to the maintenance supervisors/technicians. Areas of focus will be at the main facility and ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of quality products in a manner that is consistent with company policies and procedures.

Compensation Details: Salary range is between $97,468 and $132,199 with shift premium of $4,000 per year.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead your supervisors to effectively manage their crew in daily preventative and predictive maintenance assignments to maintain and improve our equipment.
  • Use your analytical and troubleshooting skills to improve processes and coach your team to do the same.
  • Ensure your team receives training and stays up to date on all job duties, rules, regulations and company policies.
  • Audit and provide your team opportunity to further grow with the department.
  • Utilize your calculated decision making skills for improvements on a daily basis while keeping the best interest of the customer in mind.
  • Emphasize cross-functional team building and input to help achieve department, plant and company goals as well as provide top notch customer service to the production team to promote safe and efficient daily operations.
  • Bring your big-picture thinking as well as your ability to learn quickly and work alongside your team and production team members as needed while maintaining safe working practices.
  • Use your detail oriented side to organize and schedule daily tasks for your team as well as provide sufficient working materials and supplies to get the job done.
  • Be open to change and able to think on your feet while tackling issues resulting in downtime.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed follow-up with your team as well as be comfortable to report these details to upper management to keep a cohesive and results driven attitude.
  • Conduct performance management reviews with the team.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent is preferred.
  • Computer experience with Google platform.
  • Knowledge of CMRP or other maintenance planning platforms.
  • Knowledge of UltiPro or other timekeeping systems is a benefit.
  • Must be able to problem solve.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Coaching and performance management experience a plus.
  • Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
