This role will be responsible for transforming raw procurement data into actionable insights that support company and department objectives. This role will interface and foster a collaborative environment with cross functional teams. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time management skills. Job Description NOTE: This is a hybrid role - Candidate must reside in the Chicagoland area with the ability to work from the office as needed. The Procurement Business Analyst is a critical, high-impact role that bridges the gap between procurement operations, data analytics, and strategic business goals. This individual is responsible for transforming raw procurement data into actionable insights that drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and optimize the procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying spending trends, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem-solver with a strong understanding of procurement processes and a talent for communicating complex information to diverse stakeholders. Target Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
