• The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

• The Materials Tech coordinates and assists with the daily inventory management and control of procedural area supplies.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Additionally, this role includes the use of analytic tools to accurately capture spending and utilization data (Lawson, Epic, Excel) in support of inventory control and management.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years' of related experience of which 1 year must have been in Materials Management or Clinical Area.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• ERP system experience, such as Lawson.
• Warehouse organization and operational experience.
• Knowledge of Epic decremented inventory.
• Understanding of operating room products and their uses.
• Knowledge of PO pricing and GL interaction.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
