Description
A Brief Overview The Project Manager, Development (Data Strategy & Management) provides high-level strategic leadership and support to identify, design, and implement operations of the Office of Institutional Relations & Development (IR&D) and University Hospitals. The role maintains "big picture," system-wide thinking as it relates to our engagement and management of prospective and/or existing philanthropic partners, including but not limited to the major and principal gift level. They drive and manage the strategic management, data analysis, communication, process improvement, implementation, and/or optimization of various IR&D efforts. What You Will Do
- Collaborates with fundraisers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and oversee advanced data strategy, data analysis, and business intelligence to deliver actionable insights and optimize development efforts across multiple channels
- Directs complex projects and on-going integral work streams with considerable business impact, up to and at the major a[CS1]nd principal gift level
- Oversees the development of plans, through data analysis, best practice benchmarking, project scoping and analysis, data projections, and operations
- Serve as a CRM implementation process and knowledge expert, providing an expert understanding of business and data usage, participating in user acceptance and testing activities, documenting existing processes, and testing and validating new processes and workflows
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, designers, etc.), as needed, to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of projects
- Provides guidance and coaching to UH and IR&D staff on data management and project management processes, concepts, and methods
