What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Talent Acquisition Specialist coordinates the assigned region's recruitment efforts to develop a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. This is achieved by developing recruitment strategies for licensed, leadership, and other hard to fill positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist participates in recruitment efforts for non-management and entry-level positions for assigned programs. This position provides support to teh regional Talent Acquisition Manager on key initiatives as needed.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $72,808.63 - $89,871.82.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)




  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field and two (2) years of recruitment experience with increasing responsibilities and demonstrated skills in creative sourcing, recruiting strategies, and interviewing for diverse candidates, OR six (6) years progressive experience in recruitment with increasing responsibilities and demonstrated skills in creative sourcing, recruiting strategies, and interviewing for diverse candidates.



  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
