Dodge Marketing/PR Communications Specialist

The Brand/PR/Communications Integration Specialist is responsible for working in tandem with nameplate managers, marketing functions and agency partners to implement overall Dodge/SRT Brand product messages consistently across all Marketing disciplines, including CRM, experiential, traditional media, Influencers, Badassadors, digital media, website implementation, product placement, partnerships, sponsorships, Tier II, and merchandising. The position will help lead the development of integrated launch plans for new and existing Dodge/SRT vehicles to deliver a homogenous brand image, increase awareness/consideration and ultimately retail sales. Keys to success are the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide leadership, concise direction to internal/external partners, knowledge of best practices/industry trends and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:



  • High school, degree, pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to learn emerging technologies
  • Strong attention to detail required for creative/copy reviews
  • Ability to craft brand stories, write press releases and develop 360 communication plans
  • Passion for innovative and industry leading opportunities and solutions that drive sales results
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
  • Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage multiple programs
  • Exceptional team player/thought leader with the credibility and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly
  • Organized self-starter
