Weekends: Some Benefit Eligible Shift: PM/Night 12 hr. shifts (730PM-800AM) and every third weekend & holiday rotation The Nursing Administrative Coordinator is a representative of patient care/hospital administration on all shifts. The NAC assures the delivery of quality patient care and accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the Meriter system on a shift-to-shift basis. The NAC is responsible for the management and coordination of all hospital departments and personnel in the absence of direct line managers.
