Summary: This individual will own the data and technical integration roadmap, serve as the technical lead across vendors, and act as the primary architect and operational owner ensuring the platform is technically cohesive, scalable, and aligns with industry standards. While much of the engineering will be executed by vendors, this role requires deep technical expertise and literacy and will have technical oversight of vendor resources to ensure correct execution, integration, and data quality. This exempt position will report to the Associate Vice President, Data Strategy in the Division of Executive Services. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 (commensurate with related experience). Responsibilities:
