ECU Office of Global Affairs is currently seeking several Office & Event Assistants.
Join Our Global Team at ECU!
The Office of Global Affairs is seeking motivated, detail-focused students to serve as
Front Desk/Office and Event Assistants for the
Spring 2026 semester. If you're passionate about international cultures and want hands-on experience supporting global engagement on campus, this opportunity is for you.
Position open to students with Federal Work Study awards.
Expected Hours: 10-20 hours per week (during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.)
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist visitors at the International House
- Provide support for international student programs and study abroad initiatives
- Assist with office tasks such as copying, inventory, and data entry (Excel)
- Collaborate with staff using Microsoft Teams and Canva
- Help set up, staff, and support departmental events
- Perform additional duties as assigned
