SUMMARY The Administrative Service Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level administrative and customer service support to patients, families, internal team members and providers. The Administrative Services Coordinator (ASC) will serve as the lead coordinator for the Heart Institute's advanced pediatric cardiac fellowship programs (approximately 50% of the role) and provide high-level administrative support to our inpatient faculty teams in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) and Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) (approximately 50% of the role). This position plays a key role in supporting education, clinical operations, and faculty effectiveness within a nationally recognized pediatric heart program. This position is hybrid and requires 50% on-site presence at our Anschutz Medical Campus. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or graduate medical education is preferred, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting excellent patient care and education. SHIFT Day - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., hybrid ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience is required. Equivalency: A relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree may substitute for required experience on a year for year basis. Certification(s): None Licensure(s): None Salary Information As part of our Total Rewards package, Children's Colorado offers an annual employee bonus program that rewards eligible team members based on organizational performance. If organizational goals are met for the year, the bonus is paid out the following April.
