Pay and Schedule

Projected Hourly Pay Rate: $42.31

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manage-the-Change (MTC) process to implement plant improvements
• Lead and execute continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects
• Assist with project proposals and funding requests for plant initiatives, including cost savings and wellness projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Support minor launches and product-related changes in assigned areas
• Lead or support plant quality initiatives and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain and update engineering documentation, including process sheets, PFMEA, DCP, OIS-JSA, and visual aids
• Facilitate cross-functional teams for complex projects, acting as a positive leader and change agent
• Apply Ford Operating System behaviors: Excellence, Focus, Collaboration

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; 6+ years preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, manufacturing engineering, CNC, assembly lines, Six Sigma methodology, process engineering, data analysis, machining, project management, and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens, 3D printing, 3D modeling, HMI, tooling, PPAP processes, SAP S4 HANA
• Interest in innovative technologies, including robotics, AI vision, and digital process transformation
• Costing and quoting experience for manufacturing changes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
