Manufacturing Press Helper

Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Press Helper to join a growing team in Springfield, OH. If you have experience working in manufacturing-especially with press machines-this is your chance to build a career with a stable company offering consistent hours and great benefits.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and support related functions
• Meet or exceed production and quality standards
• Perform routine quality checks and complete required documentation
• Move raw materials and finished products in/out of containers (tubs, skids, boxes)
• Maintain accurate records (scrap, time sheets, traceability, etc.)
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior manufacturing experience required; press operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
