About the Role This position plays a key role in ensuring that all incoming and internally manufactured products meet strict quality standards. You will evaluate components, materials, labeling, and finished goods to confirm they meet visual, physical, dimensional, and functional requirements. Your work contributes directly to the safety and performance of medical products used worldwide. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming components, subassemblies, labeling, and finished goods according to established procedures and specifications. Conduct inspections of internally manufactured, packaged, and labeled product. Perform visual, functional, and physical testing using measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, visual systems, Instron). Maintain accurate and compliant inspection records following Good Documentation Practices. Prepare nonconformance documentation when required. Determine sample sizes using statistical sampling plans Properly identify and segregate product based on inspection status. Support and uphold cGMP, cGDP, and all quality system requirements. Requirements High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred). 1+ year of QA/QC experience in medical device manufacturing. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement equipment. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and electronic documentation systems.
