We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a pivotal team focused on optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring data integrity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing critical inventory processes, enhancing supplier integration, and ensuring meticulous data accuracy across various systems. Your contributions will directly impact key initiatives related to inventory reconciliation, significant data quality improvements, and the streamlining of processes following major system releases. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical prowess and collaborative spirit to drive significant operational enhancements and contribute to the seamless functioning of complex business operations.

What You'll Do



  • Establish and maintain robust communication channels across various business units and project teams.
  • Oversee the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and essential business metrics, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Review and analyze contracts, cost proposals, and supplementary agreements to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
  • Develop and implement project and work breakdown structures to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Document and standardize business processes, contributing to operational clarity and consistency.
  • Monitor and track project budgets and expenditures, meticulously controlling costs against allocated budgets.
  • Proactively identify potential budget overruns and develop strategic solutions to mitigate financial risks.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a business operations or analytical role.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience with inventory management and reconciliation.

    Minimum 5-7 years' experience with data quality and reporting.

    Minimum 2-3 years' experience with understanding supply chain processes and execution workflows.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated customer service and strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to solve business challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Word and Excel.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
  • A track record of successfully solving complex data issues through thorough root cause analysis.
  • Experience with enterprise applications.
